When we are retained in a criminal matter, no matter how complex, we fully understand the problem and we know what to do. Our goal is to protect our clients and to keep their records clean, to the greatest extent possible. We always attempt to prevent charges from being brought against our clients. If charges have been filed, we do our best, every time, to exhaust all possible remedies to prevent a conviction at the trial level, ensure reversal at the appellate level, and avoid a criminal record. The depth of our experience and knowledge about all aspects of the criminal process are without equal.
We use the most sophisticated technology so that we can successfully handle the largest, most document-intensive cases. Although we are a small firm, we can often handle a large, complex matter more effectively than a mid-size or large national firm due to our unique document management capabilities.
We focus on the defense of criminal matters throughout central Florida, although the high profile and complex nature of many of our cases take us all over the United States. We have attorneys admitted to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and Pennsylvania, and we have talented regional counsel nationally as well.
We are diligent, knowledgeable and extremely accessible high-end criminal defense attorneys. When it comes down to it, however, our clients and our results tell you what you need to know about the way we defend criminal cases.
